The Bureau for Behavioral Health (BBH) serves the people of West Virginia by working with strategic partners to advance access and quality of statewide behavioral health to empower each West Virginian to reach their potential.

The Bureau for Child Support Enforcement (BCSE) promotes and enhance the social, emotional, and financial bonds between children and their parents. 

The Bureau for Family Assistance (BFA) provides services and supports that help West Virginians overcome barriers to stability and self-sufficiency.​

The Bureau for Medical Services (BMS) is committed to ensuring access to quality, innovative, and sustainable services that advance the health and well-being of West Virginians through the administration of Medicaid and WVCHIP.

The Bureau for Social Services (BSS) promotes the safety, permanency, and well-being of children and vulnerable adults, supporting individuals to succeed and strengthening families.

The West Virginia Office of Drug Control Policy (ODCP), created in 2017, works to track and respond to drug overdoses, limit opioid prescribing, and support state and community efforts to prevent and address substance use.
